I prefer to adopt out only pairs of rats, as they are very social creatures. I ask the following
questions of you when you choose to adopt from me.
1. Have you owned pet rats before?
2. Do you plan on breeding those you adopt from me?
3. Do you have children, and if so, how old are they?
4. What other pets do you own?
The fees are:
$10.00 for a single pet only, $15 for a pair.
$15.00 for a single breeder, and $25.00 for a pair.
If I allow only a single rat to be adopted out, I will want pictures or some
other proof that you have another, same sex, rat at home. I will always take one back that I have placed with you if you should
find yourself unable to keep it, but there will be no refund of the adoption fee.
I do not breed rats for food, nor do I breed them to become feeder
breeders, so don't ask.
